A skipper unwittingly puts people in Hawaii in danger by sinking his freighter for the insurance money. A tidal wave threatens to smash the ship's cargo of chlorine and inundate the island in a cloud of deadly gas.

- Peter Mark Richman makes the second of his eight appearances.
- Victor Sen Yung is best known as the cook Hop Sing in the 1959-73 Western series Bonanza.
