Jerome Williams: Bank Robbery, Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution, Attempted Murder.
Original air date: 28 February 1971.
Guest villain Michael Douglas would rise to prominence in another Quinn Martin series, The Streets of San Francisco. Mr. Douglas played Inspector Steve Keller from 1972 to 1976. Mr. Douglas is the son of actor Kirk Douglas, and currently the husband of Catherine Zeta-Jones. He is, of course, a noted actor and director in his own right. Ms. Zeta-Jones was a 17-month-old toddler living in Wales when this episode aired!
- Donna Mills makes an early appearance. She starred in the prime-time soap opera Knots Landing.
- Not one but two helos used. Both are Bell model 47s. One of them (FAA# N3079G) was also the “Batcopter” in the 1966 Batman movie! http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Hills/7537/batcopter.htm
